Allegiance Home Health, a successful and growing Home Health Agency is hiring an experienced Human Resources Assistant or Home Health Agency Administrator for our Boca Raton office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Speak directly to new applicants, screen through our pre-employment Interview process
• Conduct interviews, orientations, background checks through various websites, obtain written & verbal reference checks, onboarding
• Administer CNA/HHA tests
• Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions
• Prepare new personnel files
• Enter employee information in the WellSky patient care portal
• Correspond with the Private Duty Director of Nursing and Schedulers
• Enter and document the status of each HHA/CNA interviewed on our Candidate Tracking spreadsheet
• Frequently ensure employees credentials are updated in WellSky portal and personnel files
• Constant communication with the Human Resources Manager
• Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Manager
• Assist the HRM with projects and assignments as needed

Human Resources Assistant Qualifications & Attributes

It is required that you have the following qualifications & attributes:

• Possess great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, including the ability to design spreadsheets and work within existing spreadsheets
• Ability to surf the web, navigate various websites with ease, etc.
• Possess a true desire to serve and encourage applicants
• Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner
• Possess organizational skills, check work for accuracy
• Possess a professional and mature demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information, ensuring privacy of the company, its employees, patients and their families
