Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value-added solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines and track progress
