We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. ```Duties```
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software, such as HeavyBid, to create detailed cost breakdowns
- Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project expenses
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals for construction projects
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and implement cost control measures as needed
- Review change orders and adjust cost estimates accordingly
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,633.28 - $90,000.00 per year
