As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our exceptional roadside assistance services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our roadside assistance services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers through targeted prospecting efforts.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects to drive conversion.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in outbound sales or telemarketing roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to track and manage leads.
• Knowledge of the transportation or automotive industry is a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
