Essential Functions:

• Reports to the National Recruiting Manager.
• Recruit and hire School Crossing Guards throughout Palm Beach County.
• Develop working relationships within community and schools to aid in the recruiting of School Crossing Guards and record connections made in National Recruiting Database.
• Seek outfitting candidates for vacant positions within the company by working in the field within the community.
• Identify and utilize appropriate channels for recruiting such as Senior Centers, Community Centers etc.
• Interview and hire personnel.
• Must be familiar with all Company policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook for School Crossing Guards and the Instruction Manual for Area Supervisors.
• Complete and submit required administrative paperwork (including payroll documents) in a timely manner.
• Works at the direction of the Recruiting Manager to provide support to Regionals Managers and various staff with administrative tasks and recruiting efforts.
• Assists with recruiting across multiple advertising platforms, i.e. local organizations, media press, online avenues.
• Assists with answering National Recruiting phone line.
• Screen, test and interview applicants.

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $24.00 an hour, 5 hours a day. Rate of pay is based on experience.
• Automobile allowance provided.
• Position is eligible for yearly bonus and other benefits.
