We are a fast growing staffing firmwith international reach looking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter. This is an ideal opportunity to dive deeper into therecruiting and staffing industry in a supportive and fun environment all the while having a clear and realistic path to earning $75-$100k in the first full year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of sales experience or at least 6 months of full desk recruiting experience. This individual will need to be comfortable working ondeveloping business opportunities with new clients and managing existingrelationships as well as actively searching, identifying, and guiding candidatesthrough the placement process.

This person must have excellent organizational skills inorder to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assignedquotas. 

· Find and acquire new leads/clients through business development efforts

· Identify and qualify candidates to match with open job opportunities

· Maintain pipeline ofeligible clients and candidates for open positions

·Heavy phone use

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 years of B2B sales experience experience
• Written/Oral Spanish Proficiency
• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational andinterpersonal skills
• Experience working with MicrosoftOffice suite
