We are a fast growing staffing firm looking to hire a Recruiter with at least 1 years of B2B sales experience or 1 year of full desk recruiting experience. This is an ideal opportunity to dive deeper into therecruiting and staffing industry in a supportive and fun environment while having a clear and realistic path to earning $75-$100k in the first full year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of sales experience or at least 12 months of full desk recruiting experience. This individual will need to be comfortable working ondeveloping business opportunities with new clients and managing existingrelationships as well as actively searching, identifying, and guiding candidatesthrough the placement process.

This person must have strong time management and organizational skills inorder to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assignedquotas.
