Our Adult Foster Care Program is looking for a 3 day/week Case Manager to cover Merrimac Valley and Lynn areas. Candidate is responsible for conducting home visits in the community, travel required.

Bachelor's degree or Social Worker License with 2 years recent experience working with elders or people with disabilities.

This is a very rewarding program that assists/supports family members to care for persons in their family that need care.
