Summary of Position
The Case Manager position will be responsible for providing direct support and assistance in case management to the residents participating in the program(s) and maintenance of residents daily records. The Case Manager will provide support to the Program Director. This position will be responsible for performing all job duties and descriptions according to program policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and at least two years of experience working in a residential setting. Case Manager’s must have the ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients schedules. Required to pass initial competency evaluation as well as continued assessments of professional development and future trainings. The Case Manager must possess the ability to use collaborative and proactive solutions during behavior management. Qualified candidates must possess strong communication and organization skills and be a willing participant in Centerboard’s multicultural awareness, diversity, equity and inclusion trainings, meetings and philosophy.
