The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Technology to lead transformative advancements in key areas such as manned/unmanned aircraft open architecture integration, digital grid software solutions, and digital RF electromagnetic systems. This executive will be a strategic leader, working with key stakeholders to implement technological initiatives that enhance business performance and provide a competitive edge. The role involves driving innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and overseeing the development of new technologies to meet customer mission needs. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to customers, with a proven track record in technology strategy, innovation, and implementation, particularly in the defense or aerospace industries.Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience. A deep expertise in electronic warfare signals intelligence, big data analytics, cryptographic solutions, and battlefield network communications management is essential. The role requires advanced knowledge of business development, capture management, program management, and acquisition processes, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. The Vice President of Technology will also be responsible for technical talent management, including recruiting and developing top technical talent, and must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A background in the aerospace and defense industry, with an understanding of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent markets, is preferred.
