Responsibilities

You will be an In-Home Closing Specialist

• Review proposals submitted from marketing/lead gen team
• Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments (These appointments are most often in the late afternoon-evening)
• Close the deal!
• Provide exceptional customer service – “Customer obsession is our advantage”

Requirements

• Must have experience with selling solar
• High level of integrity and a strong, moral compass - We sell the right way!
• Must be willing to drive up to 45 minutes away for appointments (Normally drive time isn't that much, but occasionally)
• Must be driven and hungry! We are aggressive goal crushers and we want people that want to grow!
• Happy and enthusiastic energy with a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful

Compensation & Growth

• Our average rep will make $150,000 in their first full year
• Our top Closers earn over $400,000 per year
• Opportunities to advance into management and leadership within the first 24 month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
