We are seeking an Administrative HR Assistant to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, and support of HR procedures. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Duties:

• Keep the HRIS/ATS system up to date with payroll changes
• Identify the company’s hiring needs and maintain the hiring schedule
• Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment
• Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions
• Assist in recruitment process by coordinating with HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Assist with Company sponsored events
• Assists with processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
• Track attrition and other applicable HR KPI’s
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in Human Resources support role preferred
• ADP experience prefered
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once in addition to managing competing/changing priorities daily
• Excellent customer service/communication/candidate management skills
