Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Location: Dallas/Durham/NJ

Type: Full Time (No Sub contractor)

Role description:

The focus of this role is to realize business and technical requirements through Infrastructure as Code development practices and orchestration. This is a hands-on role with 85 of work time focus on programming including but not limited to craft code documentation test and supporting activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or higher in CS EE IS Math or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in software or DevOps cloud development
• Experience working as part of large multi-functional teams.
• Must Haves: 5 years in crafting Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment Continuous Delivery with hands on experience in popular enterprise ready tools like Jenkins Udeploy etc.
• 5 years in software development with Java languages
• 5 years’ experience in AWS Cloud services such as Lambda, AWS Batch. S3, DynamoDB, SQS, EC2 Elastic Load Balancer, EKS, IAM, Step function, KMS cloud watch logs, Cloud Formation.
• 3 years in Cloud software development with a focus on Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• 3 years’ experience in Terraform crafting and leading multiple AWS deployments through lifecycle operation.
• Experience deploying applications in containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, AWS, Elastic Kubernetes Service and or Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills leading sophisticated AWS cloud deployments.
