Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer to join our clients expanding Infrastructure Team.

As idea of what is on offer for the Cloud Engineer I have included some brief points on what they are looking for:

• Senior Expert capable of working architecture, you will be leading and mentoring in the space of systems, cloud and general IT. This will be a first for the team.
• They are exploring Cloud Technologies (Azure) and will be bringing it into production. Looking to this person as an expert. A seasoned professional who either has migrated into cloud or built new on cloud.

This role will be based in the company office 3 days a week with 2 days fully remote.

Senior Cloud Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or relevant years' experience
• 3-5 years working in enterprise IT managing cloud infrastructure
• Team lead experience of 1-2 years
• At least 3 years' experience troubleshooting
• 2-3 years' experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure)
• Extensive Windows O.S knowledge of M365 and the security services
• Experience security administration in a Windows environment
• Expert knowledge of Virtualization (VMware)
• Certs are nice to have ITIL, CISSP, Azure, CISM
