Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Assist in preparing project budgets and estimates
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field (plus)
- Knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, & blueprint reading (preferred)
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Primavera (preferred)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in project coordination or project management is a plus
