Albany Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager for our Commercial buildings in the Albany Area.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent in related field
- RPA, CPM or CCIM (a plus)
- Experience in managing staff and small projects
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Auto-CAD a plus)
- Knowledge of NYS building codes
- Experience in maintaining heating, cooling and mechanical equipment systems
- Hands on experience in building rehabilitation and upkeep
- A good sense of humor a necessity!
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare office space layouts, plans, work scopes and specifications
- Coordinate construction of tenant fit-up projects embracing company staff and/or contractors
- Scheduling, contractor solicitation, material and supplies ordering, construction inspection and more
- Manage Maintenance Superintendents and staff
- Facility inspection
- Cost control, budgeting, inventory tracking
