Albany Management currently has an opening for an Assistant Property Manager Commercial.

Requirements/ Responsibilities:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills and ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Familiarity with commercial office buildings
  • Experience with managing Tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ability to read blueprints/building plans.
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to inspect interior and exterior of buildings to identify repairs or maintenance items.
  • Knowledge of NYS Building Codes.
  • Strong work ethic required.
  • Ability to create and edit Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Draft correspondence, leases, reports, mail preparation, data organization.
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Adept at AutoCAD a plus.
  • Sense of humor, a must!
