Our client is a growing real estate firm specializing in residential communities. They are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for their residents while maintaining high standards of property management. They are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

  • Oversee a team of [number] property management professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Promote teamwork, professional development, and a customer-centric approach among the property management staff.

Residential Community Management

  • Take charge of managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the residential community.
  • Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving for resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Leasing and Sales

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Conduct thorough tenant screenings and lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve occupancy targets, actively promoting the community's amenities and features.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
  • Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals, taking appropriate actions to maximize revenue and minimize vacancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry, with 3 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed leasing and sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
