Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in store management, payroll, retail sales, training development, and team management.

Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Assist in managing staff and providing training
- Handle payroll and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in wireless sales
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail math
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
