The Operations Manager of the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Department will be responsible for directing Operational personnel and assets, as well as managing Project Manager bandwidth when assigning projects to individual team members. The Operations Manager must possess strong industry knowledge, have technical aptitude, have the capability of effectively managing multiple teams, and possess great attention to detail. This position will report to the Division Manager of the ETS Department. The Operations Manager role requires vast industry knowledge pertaining to structured cabling, IT asset relocation, nationwide IT deployments, sound masking/sound management, secure IT disposition, and all other Enterprise Technical Services.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability by successfully acquiring and overseeing client project requests and opportunities.
- Oversee and supervise all Project Management and Field Operations personnel.
- Have direct knowledge, understanding, and ultimately manage the Project Manager’s capacity and bandwidth to accept new projects.
- Monitor and influence the relationships with clientele by working directly with clientele and the assigned project manager servicing that client.
- Monitor and direct the financial performance and project execution for all projects, and report back to the Division Manager.
- Understand Project Scope of all current and proposed projects, coordinate which Operations team-members will be assigned to those projects, and receive feedback from the Field Operations Supervisor to control and improve outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance as an industry expert to Project Managers as needed.
- Interface with Division Manager, Engineering Support department, and other Alamon, Inc. leadership to ensure project success.
- Perform quarterly and annual reviews with staff members to track accountability metrics.
- Assist with process and procedure development.
- Train and oversee the career development of personnel that are accountable to the Operations Manager position.
- Review and approve of all project planning and budgets.
- Direct company assets to specific projects as required.
- Perform additional job- related duties as assigned.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Possess a current/valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI/DWIs within the past 5 years.
- Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
- Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally when needed.
- Familiarity with Google, Microsoft Suite, and CRM functionality.
- Vast industry knowledge pertaining to structured cabling, IT asset relocation, nationwide IT deployments, sound masking/sound management, secure IT disposition, and all other Enterprise Technical Services.
- Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
- Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally when needed.
- Possess a professional attitude that will positively represent the Alamon organization to employees, clients, and the communities in which we work.
- Must be analytical, organized and possess problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to efficiently monitor and implement multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and provide coaching skills.
Work Environment:
- This position includes a remote/hybrid work environment with accommodation to be on-call and on-site when necessary to support the needs of the company.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time to travel to and from job sites.
- Ability to work in different temperatures and through changing weather conditions.
- Must be able to traverse all areas of a job site. This may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.

- Occasional travel will be required.
- Must be willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.
