Akkodis is seeking an adminstrative assistant for a leading multi-national engineering machinery firm.

This role is on-site in Mechanicsville, VA and is a 3-month contract, 20 hours per week.

Pay : $20.00 per hour.

Duties :

• Perform a wide variety of administrative duties, under limited project management supervision, utilizing knowledge of established practices and procedures, and following general guidelines of supervisor.
• Conducting Sales Order Data Entry within the SAP System.
• Suggest measures to improve customer relations.
• Produce a variety of documents using various software packages.
• Answer and route telephone calls, transmit decisions and instructions for supervisor and maintain supervisors calendar.
• Investigate and answer inquiries of a non-routine nature and respond to complaints, as authorized.
• Any prior SAP experience preferred.
