As the Director of Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of compliance across various areas, including quality compliance, prescriber licensure compliance, pharmacy operations, controlled substance inventory management, and records maintenance

• Strong working knowledge of healthcare laws, industry regulations (FDA, DEA, OSHA and HIPAA)

Job Requirements and Duties:

• Bachelor's degree in Science
• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
• Develop, implement and manage the company’s compliance program
• Managing compliance investigations
• Work closely with vendors and clinics to align our compliance program with partnership needs.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare laws, industry regulations (FDA, DEA, OSHA and HIPAA)
• Enterprise Risk Management
• Ensure quality compliance and adherence to prescriber licensure requirements.
• Oversee compliance related to pharmacy operations, including labeling, shipping, and manufacturing.
• Revise and implement privacy policies in line with evolving domestic and international regulations.
• Ensure patient communication processes meet state, federal, and DEA requirements.
• Address privacy incidents appropriately.
• Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, and policies.
• Inform executive management and the Board, recommending necessary actions.
• Stay informed about proposed laws, rules, and regulations affecting the Company.
• Partner with the General Counsel to create and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing commercial matters.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for audits and disseminate audit findings.
• Strong Leadership and management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
