*JOB DESCRIPTION

• This position focuses on performing inspection, calibration for customers' instruments and to prepare calibration solutions.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn about the company's devices and become an expert with each unit.
• Know how to properly use, troubleshoot, and demonstrate all the company's products.
• Perform inspection, calibration for incoming instruments.
• Follow quality assurance procedures in detail perform inspection and prepare calibration correctly
• Arrange a loaner unit at the customer’s request.
• Arrange shipment for customer’s instruments after service is completed.
• Keep close communication with the customer service representative and share accurate information with customers.
• Issue calibration certificates.
• Prepare monthly activity reports.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

*Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bench lab experience 2 to 3 years.
• Ability to work well individually or as a team.
• Organized, efficient and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
• Bilingual (Japanese or Spanish) a plus.
• Experience/background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry,chemical, pharmaceutical, or clinical knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
