We are in search of a people-oriented leader to spearhead the delivery and execution of our sales and customer success onboarding and training programs. This team member will collaborate with sales, customer success, product marketing, and others to ensure the field is equipped with the most current go-to-market strategy and messaging. The successful Field will play a key role in introducing new members of our go-to-market teams (Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success & Services) to Airtable, providing them with the tools, strategy, and messaging needed to successfully sell our platform. Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience. The base salary range for this role is $147,800 - $182,400 for all work locations including remote. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.
