You will find success with Aire-Master by visiting local businesses and explaining how Scent Marketing can improve their customer experience through the power of fragrance. We have solutions for all facility types and all budgets, allowing for a broad customer base.

An ideal candidate will have a winning attitude, be a self-starter & self-motivator with a track record of closing new business while exceeding reasonable production requirements. Simply put - our sales representatives are motivated by success & results.
What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
- Previous experience in outside sales. (Specifically, in-person sales interactions. B2B, door knocking, etc.)
- Success in "asking for the sale".
- You will need to be comfortable in "consultive sales" using our proven sales methods. As we sell through education and demonstration/trials.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
- Ability to effectively qualify, build & manage a progressive sales channel ensuring a timely & successful progression from prospect to close.
- A willingness and desire to learn from industry experts how to reach their potential in a new and constantly evolving business climate.
Salary: $72,000.00 annual base salary, based on experience, plus commissions
No caps on commissions!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 401(k) with employer match after one year.
- Health, vision, and dental benefits available.
- Paid holidays.
- Company vehicle and devices provided.
- Sales: 1 year (Minimum)
