Responsibilities & Duties:
· Handling customer phone calls, email and other forms of communication.
· Knowledge of the products being sold, their associated benefits, rewards & rates, and product details.
· Generate and process sales orders, quotes, services or other business requested information.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Documentation of customer activities, progress, and service issues.
· Investigating and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
· Communicating and coordinating with headquarters’ customer services as necessary.
· Coordinates services and follow up with Project Coordinator to ensure work completed to customer expectations.
· In charge of the coordination of deliveries and receipts of containers.
· Other office and sales related tasks
