1. Hydraulic Cylinder, Crane and HPU Design
2. CNC Machine Support and Design Drawings
3. Hydraulic Component Troubleshooting and Repair as it relates to pumps, motors, cylinders, accumulators, gears, winches, etc.
4. Hydraulic Design, Fabrication and testing of hydraulic power unit skids, cylinders, etc.
5. Machine Shop Support - CNC Machine Programming and Design for Components
6. Field Technician Support: Our hydraulic technicians operate 24/7 and require fast response and support both technical and finding parts. Must be able to operate in this environment successfully.
Our current market relates to offshore vessel and barge industry and we are looking for personnel with experience in both the vessel industry and onshore side to expand operations.
We are also looking for experience in updating our machine shop and expanding our cylinder repair and rebuild abilities as well as move into other onshore markets such as fracking skids, mobile units, etc.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering or related discipline or experience
-Organization Skills/Teamwork
-Ability to be a self-starter and operate autonomously
-Inventor or Solid Works Exp, AutoCAD exp, CNC Programming experience a plus
