The Aiden by Best Western is hiring for Bartenders!

We are looking to find candidates who love customer service and have experience in bartending with wine, beer, and cocktails.

Job duties include:

-Greet guests & take orders with accuracy.

-Have an understanding of the menu and various options.

-Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.

-Prepares and serves food and drinks according to recipes.

-Adheres to proper sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.

-Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.

-Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

Requirements:

-While performing the duties associated with the job, employees will be required to stand or sit; walk, use hands to fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
