Location: Austin Job Title: Compensation Analyst Job Description: The Compensation Analyst II will conduct analysis and interpretation related agilon health’s compensation programs including job evaluation, internal equity and external market analysis, merit review cycles, annual bonus, and equity incentive plans. The Compensation Analyst II will also play a role in other areas of total rewards, including benefits and HRIS. Essential Job Function: Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Completes compensation survey participation and results analysis. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. Participates in annual administration the organization’s job and compensation structures and documentation. Administers the organization’s semi-annual promotion processes. Participates in administration of base salary and incentive compensation processes, including annual merit and incentive planning. Participates in the administration of the equity incentive plan. Develops communication, education, and training regarding compensation. Designs and develops tools to guide managers through compensation decisions. Participates in compensation projects and processes and serve as a resource for the Compensation module within HRIS through testing and continuous improvement. Uses analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans. Contributes to and learns about other aspects of total rewards such as benefits and HRIS. Performs other duties as required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of Compensation concepts and principles Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Workday and Payscale or Payfactors experience preferred but not required
