Wynn Resorts seeks a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on new user acquisition and retention for our mobile app game, Wynn Slots. This vital role involves close collaboration with gaming operations and internal marketing teams to develop and implement effective digital and on-property marketing strategies. As a strategic addition to our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and contributing to the growth of this critical business unit.

What You’ll Do:

• Developed and executed innovative marketing strategies to attract new users to the Wynn Slots mobile app, including paid media, website, SEO, on-property signage, and new user promotions.
• Implement retention promotions and strategies via email, SMS, and push notifications to maintain and engage our existing user base.
• Collaborate with gaming operations to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
• Work with on-property Casino team members to develop new high-value user incentives (i.e., high-value users have access to Casino or Private Access hosts/membership).
• Work with internal marketing teams to coordinate and execute digital and on-property marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to improve our marketing efforts continuously.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including ad networks, CDPs, and analytic and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically own goals and outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in mobile app marketing is a plus.
