We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Southern CA, AZ, NV and UT areas with a focus on sales of Irrigation Systems and Automation for agricultural dealers. The ideal candidate will be a first-line technical resource and advisor to dealers, as well as a sales-driven leader to grow market share. This is an independent position that will require the initiative to learn the technical aspects of our products to communicate what our product can provide, while also providing field support. As a part of our Sales Team, you will need to develop strategies to develop relationships with the right clients to get our products in the field.
Remote work with travel required up to 2/3 of the time. Prior knowledge of computer systems that will help you manage your quotes, expenses, leads, and sales presentations is required. This position directly reports to the CEO of the company, weekly sales meetings are required to provide progress reports and updates.

Our ideal candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience
• 5 years of sales experience in an agricultural, irrigation, or related role
• A mixture of technical knowledge and sales acumen
• Excellent management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to use a standard computer and software programs, Microsoft Office, plus ability to effectively navigate the internet.
