AgeWell Solvere Living is currently searching for a Senior Vice President of Wellness to join our amazing team of senior living professionals. AgeWell Solvere Living is a senior living company that operates IL/AL/MC and 55 communities nationwide and is continuously growing! The SVP of Wellness will be responsible for overseeing our Wellness, Valeo (Memory Care), and Activities Programming across the organization. They will be involved in the development and implementation of Wellness programming at all of our communities. This position is a remote position, however, the SVP of Wellness will be required to travel to communities as needed. Required experience and education:

  • 15 or more years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a large, nationwide senior housing company.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum education of BSN is required. MSN preferred, but not required.

Job Highlights:

  • Oversees the implementation of clinical operations and best practices across the organization.
  • Ensures compliance with all state and local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develops and oversees signature resident engagement programs.
  • Ensures compliance and performs legal risk mitigation for company in assisted living, independent living, and memory care neighborhoods.
  • Provides leadership, coaching and guidance for regional wellness teams and community wellness, resident engagement, and memory care leaders.
  • Develops and delivers training to community leadership teams related to company signature programs, systems and processes, policies, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
  • Oversee the clinical quality assurance programs, survey readiness, risk mitigation measures, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Serves as a key member of the company executive leadership, risk management, and legal committees.
  • Manages third-party vendor relationships for clinical and program systems.

Skills Required:

Highly skilled with communication at all levels, bothwritten and verbal.

Strong, proven time management, administrative andorganizational abilities.

Ability to travel as needed to perform site visits.
