• Paints and applies touch-ups as needed to building interior, exterior, and equipment.
• Minor floor coating repairs.
• Provide building maintenance services in accordance with established standards and procedures at facility.
• Troubleshoots and performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, and lights.
• Ceiling tile changes.
• Diamond plate installation.
• Responsible for the preventive/corrective maintenance of site HVAC equipment by performing PM activities.
• Troubleshoot and fix plumbing related issues.
• Minor roof leak repairs.
• Moving equipment, parts, and office furniture.
• Operate forklifts and complete daily checks.
• Safety action items, and workorders as assigned.
• Clean up and organization of shop and parts.
• Provide daily cleaning throughout the facility.
• Move and organize files and documents.
• Will be required to document daily activities, and work order resolution.
• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Facilities Manager.

• May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
• Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
• Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
• Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
• Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.
