AGA Essential is Hotel Management Company that oversees 25 Hotels in Los Angeles, CA.

We are looking for:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Manage the general ledger reconciliation process and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, M2, or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP accounting principles
- Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger account analysis
- Solid understanding of corporate accounting practices and procedures
