Our manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant who will support the invoicing, billing, and AP department. This individual will be working closely with the current Accounts Payable/Purchasing Manager. To be successful, this candidate will need experience in an office setting, along with data entry knowledge. Ideally, this candidate will be well organized and self-motivated.

Job Duties:

· Daily scanning & filing

· Assist with job recruitment process

· Matching bills (PO’s & Invoices)

· Miscellaneous office duties

Requirements:

· 2 year QuickBooks experience required.

· College Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Intermediate computer program skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong problem solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to work independently, and with a team, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timeliness.

· Displays a genuine passion for their work and portrays a sense of purpose and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
