Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. As a School Program Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing educational and engaging experiences for children in our school programs. This position requires experience working with children, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for childhood development.

Duties:

• Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities for students
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all students
• Support students with behavior management and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure program objectives are met
• Provide individualized support to students with special education needs
• Utilize theater techniques to enhance learning experiences
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Administer first aid when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
• Familiarity with special education practices and early childhood education principles
• Ability to educate and engage students through creative and interactive methods
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Current certification in first aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in babysitting or childhood development is a plus
