Looking for a strong Accounts Payable Technician to join our team.
- Receiving, reviewing, troubleshooting and entering vendor invoices and employee travel expenses.
- Responsible for daily cash requirement listings to ensure that all expected payments are scheduled.
- Responsible to distribute all vendor payments bi-weekly.
- Responsible for vendor account reconciliations
- Maintain electronic filing system as well as special projects
- Other duties as assigned.
- H.S Diploma or equivalent required.
- Should have at least two (2) to three (3) years of accounts payable experience.
- Must be a detail oriented team member who is comfortable in a fast paced open environment.
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Knowledge of CostPoint is a plus.
