Affinity Group is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and digital design needs. This position is based in the fast-growing Queen’s City of Charlotte, NC.

Who we're looking for:

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on graphic design, video editing, social media, email campaigns, event management and more. Creativity, collaboration, and an enthusiasm for digital marketing are the keys to making this role successful.

What You’ll Do

  • Graphic design
  • Video editing
  • Fulfilling client project requests
  • Internal project requests
  • Social media content creation and engagement
  • Maintaining and updating internal Marketing Resource Portal and company website
  • Maintaining online Pro Shop portal for physical marketing materials
  • Managing Google listings
  • Event coordination and execution
  • Coordinating and implementing email campaigns
  • Reporting on marketing data and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Software: Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Hootsuite, and Wordpress.
  • Technology: Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and social media platforms.
  • Creativity: Understanding of digital principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prioritizing: Ability to multi-task and maintain impeccable attention to detail.
  • Relationships: Positive demeanor, with a teachable attitude that connects with diverse audiences.
  • Urgency: Operates well within a fast-moving environment and with minimal oversight.
  • Teachable: Passion for self-learning and constant improvement.

What to Expect

  • Typical workweek: Monday through Friday. May work from home as needed.
  • May need to travel to trade food shows on occasion.
