Part-Time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP)
Sign-on incentive of up to $1000! $500 after 90 days of employment, and additional $500 at one year of employment.
Starting wage is $18-20/hr.
Covid vaccination is required for this position.
Position Location: Falmouth
Position requires providing personal care assistance and support to a non-verbal individuals. Positions can be combined if interested.
Position 1 hours: Monday-Wednesday from 5:30pm-8:30pm and Sunday 6pm-8:30pm
Position 2 hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:15pm-6:45pm

Affinity's BHPs provide in-home and community support to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. BHPs work one-on-one and, in a group, setting with the individual(s) on challenging behaviors, social skills, personal care, daily living skills, and community integration.

Job Requirements:
* Good driving record and reliable transportation with valid inspection/registration.
* Vehicle insurance liability requirements of $100,000/$300,000.
* GPS Monitoring in vehicle (includes roadside assistance).
* Ability to complete BHP training within one year from the hire date.
* Positive attitude.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to complete online documentation using several computer applications and systems. This will require the use of a smartphone and GPS enabling.
* Organized.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements:
* Over age 18 with High School Diploma or GED.
* Preference is given to those applicants with BHP certification or experience working with children.
