About Your Internship Role:

Affinity is seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Demand Generation, this individual will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns and events. You will work cross functionally to support marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, increase market share, and drive marketing qualified leads.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for learning about the various aspects of marketing in a dynamic and collaborative environment, including access to marketing tools and systems such as Salesforce, WordPress, and HubSpot.Duration of Internship Role:

Summer 2024 (June through August); 30 hours a week

Your Contributions:

• Work closely with the marketing team to manage projects and assets for events and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with developing engaging content, including social media posts, website content, and email campaigns.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand messaging.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Develop promotion plans for upcoming events.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring deliverables to ensure deadlines are met across all departments.
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using CRM and analytics tools. Present insights and recommendations to the marketing team to inform data-driven decisions that optimize future marketing strategies.
• Equip sales team with necessary content to effectively sell product, including competitive insights and key messages.

Your Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
