Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Two apartment properties in Wilsonville, OR:
- Village at Main Street Apartments (464 units) with an address of 30050 SW Town Center Loop, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070
- Sundial Apartments (120 units) with the address of 7875 SW Vlahos Dr, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Tuesdays, Fridays-Saturdays will be at Village at Main Street Apartments and Wednesdays-Thursdays will be at Sundial Apartments. This position will be part of the region based rotating on-call for after hour emergencies.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
- Monthly car allowance of $200.00

Administrative:
- Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
- Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
- Comply with OSHA safety regulations
- Attend training and development seminars
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested
Asset Preservation:
Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations
Perform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs (if applicable)
Ensure preventative repairs are done on a regular basis
