Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site technical tasks, including installing, repairing computer equipment, network infrastructure, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to internal end-users through remote access tools to achieve first-call resolution.
- Respond promptly to trouble tickets by diagnosing and repairing network and computer hardware issues.
- Maintain inventory management and asset control.
- Manage Active Directory.
- Endpoint management and maintenance.
Qualifications
Education:High school diploma or GED.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency in computer workstation setup and imaging, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with a range of computer hardware, software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to detect and resolve technical problems, install, maintain, update, and repair computers and peripherals, and analyze and resolve network connection issues.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized server room and prioritize and address trouble tickets promptly.
Experience: At least one year of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing computers and peripherals.
