About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead strategic talent plans and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing workforce retention, workplace culture, and colleague engagement strategies across all markets. This role involves championing collaboration, inspiring HR and Talent Acquisition teams, and operating as a strategic business advisor with a focus on driving business outcomes and maintaining the company as the best place to work. The VP, HR will also be involved in mentoring HRBPs, leading talent acquisition, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.Candidates for this executive position should have a proven track record in strategic HR initiatives, with at least 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a high-growth company, particularly in the healthcare sector, is highly valued. The role requires a leader with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at an executive level. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management or a related field is required, along with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented leader who is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
