Job Description

The Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Senior Construction Project Manager for immediate employment in the Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies for PWSA and ALOCSAN CM/CI projects.

• Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.

• Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.

• Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in construction project management or related field 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Valid Driver’s License required to regularly drive AECOM vehicles to project sites. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years’ experience managing construction projects.

• CCM and/or PMP certifications.

• PE License.

• Offered rate of compensation (PA locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $152,000.
