Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Civil Technician to be based in Chicago, Illinois.

Candidate will:

• Provides basic support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, and construction inspection activities in support of projects.

• Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining project documentation.

• General understanding of procedures, company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

• Performs routine tasks while working under close supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Degree or Equivalent

• Driving is Required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Construction Field

• Lab Experience

Additional Information

Offered rate of compensation (Illinois locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00
