Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field.
Experience Required:
Typically requires 2 years of experience in a volunteer setting that includes experiences in recruiting, screening, interviewing and scheduling of volunteers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with volunteers from diverse socioeconomic and demographic backgrounds.
Demonstrated knowledge of volunteerism, volunteer organizational structure and the role of volunteers in a not-for-profit healthcare organization.
Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Variable working hours may be required (specific to the hiring site.)
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) or similar products.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
