Job Description:

• Must have experience of 6 months-1 year on application support.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be able to communicate with the client.
• Should able to Monitor and resolve ticket from Queue based on SOP document.
• Should able to assign ticket to the respective team based on the requirement.
• Data Entry and execute SOPs to manage any error as a result of Data Migration.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Extremely customer-focused, positive, professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and frequently changing priorities.
• Reporting of Ticket data
• Willing to work in shifts.
