We're looking for someone to join our team as a Performance Analyst (System) who:
Serves as a business partner to operations leadership and staff in identifying gaps and solutions to both small and large scale initiatives. Implements and supports applications and operational processes, both site-specific and enterprise wide, and ensures effective technical operational practices and participates in the delivery of audits and quality review. Assists in the management of key operating metrics ensuring performance objectives are met. Assesses and revises workflow for increased operational consistency, identifies provider and support staff training needs and formalizes training programs to support operations.

The estimated base pay for this position is $89,603 - $134,404. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
