We're looking for someone to join our team as a Human Resources Operations Analyst who:

Assists HR Operations Analyst with Contact Center request. Works with HR subject matter experts to identify, plan and implement HR Operations initiatives. Provides technical assistance for projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists Sr. HR Operations and Business Analyst with coordination and implement of systemwide HR initiatives.
  • Coordinates activities associated with the implementation of new features and enhanced functionality of the HCM system.
  • Along with Technical Services and Data Analytics staff monitors data integrity to ensure accurate HCM reporting.
  • Coordinate HR Market Leaders with implementation of market specific or systemwide HR initiatives including submission incentives and annual increases to the Technical Services Team.
  • Performs specialized benefits tasks for associates across the organization. Acts as point-of-contact for resolution or escalation of inquiries about benefits programs/plan structures, as well as enrollments and life event processing.
  • Assist the Timekeeping and Technical Services Teams with companywide HCM projects as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Three years relevant experience: Preferred

The estimated base pay for this position is $63,679 to $95,519. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
