Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Channel Partnerships for AdvantageTrust is responsible for strategy, oversight, prioritization and expansion of all channel partner relationships. The role requires strong leadership skills to develop and communicate the annual strategic channel and affiliate plans and go-to-market tactics that drive the business forward and achieve annual financial/growth objectives. Will successfully collaborate with the leaders of AdvantageTrust to move market share, deepen penetration and grow GPO membership and support members striving to deliver on their mission. Analyze all aspects of the business to proactively identify new affiliate and channel partner opportunities and segments, strategies for growing adherence in current members, cross-selling and programs to support all AdvantageTrust departments.

What you will do in this role includes:

  • Develop and lead annual strategic planning for the channel partners in the non-acute setting.

  • Create and execute annual membership growth strategies and ensure alignment with the AdvantageTrust business growth objectives and strategy for all channel partners and affiliates.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to support assigned business/product/services.
  • Utilize promotional material, email marketing campaigns and collateral resource library to support assigned business/product/services.
  • Responsible for continuing to build relationships with channel partners and affiliates to continue to provide value.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans to support our primary business line growth, service line strategies and company goals.
  • Collect and analyze channel and affiliate member feedback, competitive intelligence, market research and trends, and other data points associated.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to support AdvantageTrust, and all affiliate and channel partners.
  • Interface between the channel partners, communications department and initiative owners to ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines met for tradeshows, region events, collateral, email campaigns, web promotions and advertising.
  • Responsible for day to day communications with channel partners and affiliates.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree Required

  • Master's degree Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in an advanced marketing experience relevant to the assigned product/business or service. Required
  • 3 years of experience in market segment experience or successful record of accomplishment in strategic account management Preferred
